There is a very limited block of rooms available through the conference web site ... Hotel availability the weekend of the our Conference is tight so please book early.

If you are staying downtown, you might want to take the bus. Route 51 leaves the bus stop area on Green St behind the Commons at 8:35 and gets to Statler Hall at 8:44. That's quite close to the ILR Conference Center. The fare is $1.50, exact change only.
It shouldn't be too hard to park on campus on a Saturday however, as there are not many parking restrictions (but check signs carefully). You can surely park in the "Parking Garage". This link will show you the garage and the route from there to ILR Conference Center 5-10 minute walk. You can zoom in and out. There's also an interactive map of campus online
If you are coming to the Friday workshop, you can also park in the Parking Garage, though it's a good 15-minute walk to Noyes Lodge. There may be a metered spot available in the lot right by Noyes Lodge (but it may be full). There are also metered spots north along Thurston Ave. from Noyes Lodge. You can locate Noyes Lodge in the link above by typing in "Noyes Lodge Cornell University" in Directions. The official address of Noyes Lodge is 616 Thurston Avenue Ithaca NY.
